  • Does Autobank lend directly to the consumer?
    No, Autobank is an indirect lender and purchases retail installment contracts entered into by auto dealers with consumers who are typically unable to obtain financing from traditional lending sources.
  • What are the factors Autobank considers when making each loan?
    Autobank’s flexible lending programs allow us to evaluate each customer on an individual basis. Among the qualifications Autobank considers when making each loan are the customer’s ability to make payments, employment history, and ability to provide proof of residence.
  • What are Autobank’s hours of operation?
    Monday-Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm
    Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm
    Sundays Closed
  • How much is my payment?
    The amount of your payment can be found on the top right corner of the payment coupon booklet that you received through the mail or in the retail installment contract that you received from the dealer when you bought the car. You may also call Autobank (954) 615-1400 and get the amount of your payment.
  • How do I find my account number?
    You can find your account number in your coupon payment booklet or you may
    call Autobank at (954) 615-1400.
  • How do I make a car payment?
      By Mail: Check or money order to:

      Western Union: Quick Collect.
  • What information should I enclose with my payment?
    You must enclose the payment coupon with your check or money order. If you don’t have your coupon payment available, please write your name and account number clearly in the memo section of the check or money order.
  • How do I make a car payment via Western Union Quick Collect at an Agent Location?
    Go to a nearby Western Union Agent location. To find a location:
      Call 1-800-325-6000, press 2,1
      www.westernunion.com
      Complete blue Quick Collect form available at any Publix, 7-11, or Winn Dixie.
      Important Information to Fill In:
      Code City: Autobank
      State: FL
      Customer’s Account Number with company: (Acct # with Autobank)
  • How do I make a car payment via Western Union Quick Collect Online?
    Go to www.westernunion.com.
    Under “Send Now” (top right-hand corner) customer scrolls down and selects Quick Collect option.
    Complete creditor information.
    Complete personal information and registration (skip if registered previously).
    You will receive a final receipt (with Money Transfer Control Number) to print out.
    You can make a payment with MasterCard or Visa.

    • How do I make a payment after 6:00pm
    There is a conveniently located drop box at the office address at 801 South University Drive, Suite A-101, or you may use Western Union.

    No, however you may use MasterCard or Visa through Quick Collect Online at www.westernunion.com.
  • When are my payments due?|
    All payments are due every 15 days. You may send two payments once a month. The exact due date is in the coupon payment booklet that you received through the mail.
  • When is my first payment due?
    You will find the due date on the retail installment contract or in the coupon payment booklet that you receive through the mail .
  • What type of Insurance policy is required by Autobank?
    Full coverage policy comprehensive/collision coverage with max deductible of $500 each.
